BOADICEA:
Boadicea was the Queen of the British Celtic Iceni tribe. When her husband died, he left the tribe to his daughters, but his will was ignored, and Boadicea and her daughters were imprisoned and tortured. Brimming with an insatiable appetite for vengeance, Boadicea lead her tribe of 100,000 Iceni to reap retribution. While she won many victories on her warpath, Boadicea's tribe was eventually overwhelmed and defeated. It is said that she killed herself to avoid capture, however, this hypothesis is, as of yet, unconfirmed.
